Council on Alcoholism and Addictions of Finger Lakes in Penn Yan, New York, is designated by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services as an education, information, and referral agency whose single responsibility is to reduce the use of alcohol and drug abuse in the community.
