CREATE’s Medically Supervised Outpatient program in New York City New York, offers a variety of services to address each phase of your treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. They also provide help after interactions with the criminal justice system or a charge of drinking under the influence. The supervised chemical dependency program offers services to men and women that include psychological services as well as vocational counseling, job placement, and basic computer skills.
Depending on your situation, you may also have access to care for co occurring mental health conditions, anger management, or domestic violence. They also provide psychiatric screenings and assessments and psychiatric medication as needed. All services are provided by trained healthcare professionals using evidence based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or motivational interviewing. Bilingual services in Spanish are available as needed. The center takes Medicare, Medicaid, and most managed care programs.
