About Credence Counseling and Therapy – East Troy
Formerly based in East Troy, Wisconsin, and known as Credence Counseling and Therapy, this facility has since moved to Elkhorn, Wisconsin, and has since joined a group called American Behavioral Clinics. They offer a wide range of behavioral and mental health support services to clients of all ages. The facility accepts most insurance plans.
Run by a team of industry-leading experts, the program provides support that accounts for clients’ psychological, emotional and social wellbeing. Clients can expect a range of support services offered as part of a personalized recovery program. Some of these services include a range of therapy options including individual, group and marriage and family therapy. Telehealth services are also available to individuals unable to make regular in-person appointments. Psychological testing is also available here.
Individuals in need of support in managing uncomfortable physical symptoms can also access MAT treatment here in the form of specialized Suboxone treatment. This medication has been chosen for its ability to help clients manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings while also preventing the risk of relapse in the longer term.
Clients prescribed Suboxone are monitored so that the team can keep an eye on their progress and adjust or change the dosage as necessary. Clients can conveniently pick up their prescriptions from the facility’s onsite pharmacy. Medication management services are also provided here.
