About Crossroads Behavioral Health Center – Kansas City
The Truman Medical Centers Community Outreach program was a community outreach program that served residents in Kansas City. This center closed down in 2020 and their services were transferred over to the Healing Canvas building in the Crossroads Behavioral Health Center which still operates out of Kansas City, Missouri.

This facility offers walk in services on weekday mornings. Their Crossroads Campus offers outpatient care.
This center is a community oriented hospital facility that offers clinical care while supporting you with person focused addiction recovery counseling and therapy. The care team here operates under the greater University Health Truman Medical Center and is the area’s only Certified Community Behavioral Health Organization (CCBHO).
When you enroll in their substance abuse recovery program, you’ll get to work with dedicated addiction recovery professionals including counselors, addiction specialists, and providers who can refer you to the organization’s medication assisted treatment program.
Case management services can further help you receive specialized community support like local 12 step programs and access to social service programs.
