The MAT program involves using FDA-approved medication to minimize withdrawal symptoms and manage cravings during treatment to lower the chances of relapse. This allows clients to lay a solid foundation for long-term recovery before tapering off the medication.
Outpatient counseling supports MAT by providing evidence-based treatment in the form of individual and group therapy. Clients will understand the roots of addiction, learn coping strategies and other essential life skills, and create relapse prevention plans.
Crossroads Treatment Center may accept multiple insurance plans, such as Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon, United Healthcare, and more. Be sure to check with the insurer to verify out of network benefits and other coverage information.
