Their program prioritizes practicing 12-Step principles as well as building a strong relationship with your higher power. You’ll benefit from customized assessments and a treatment plan for your recovery goals. They make care accessible with flexible programs you can attend while living at home, along with telehealth options.
You’ll also participate in proven interventions, including group and individual counseling, family education, and experiential learning. While many spend about 28 sessions completing treatment, your length of stay will vary based on your unique needs.
What strikes me most is their experiential therapies. They help you heal your mind, body, and soul with holistic approaches. You can participate in art therapy, spiritual care services, music therapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and more.
Of these approaches their labyrinth experience really caught my eye. This activity helps you connect with yourself, your higher power, and others. Modeled after the Chartres Cathedral in France, their labyrinth provides a tranquil space to take an intentional walk and get closer to the center. You’ll benefit from a healing experience to promote overall wellness and long term recovery.
Their adventure therapy groups also seem fantastic to me. You can participate in high and low ropes courses as well as a climbing wall. These exercises help you reinforce abstract concepts with real life experiences. You’ll benefit from practicing new self expression outlets while gaining essential coping and interpersonal skills.
