David & Ivory Ministries – Lieutenant’s House is located in Houston, Texas. The offer residential treatment programs are for adults 18 and older. A sliding fee scale based on income is provided. They accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards.

A licensed chemical dependency counselor and members of the treatment team provide an individualized treatment plan for each person. Room and board are provided in a structured setting. The home is in a neighborhood environment. Residential treatment may last anywhere from 60 to 120 days.

Counseling is provided in one on one and group settings. If needed, family counseling is provided. Transitional services are available such as job placement, educational and financial classes and life and social skills development. They also provide court ordered treatment for addiction and DUI/DWI.
