The program serves pregnant women using substances as well as moms with children under five. Families whose infants were born substance-exposed are included as well.
The program integrates case management and family mentorship from those with lived experience. This ensures timely access to addiction treatment and risk reducing interventions. Services encompass crisis support, parental coaching and family life skill training and linkage to community services to address basic needs. This includes stable housing and nutrition, financial and medical care. It’s all about supporting families, preventing crises and ensuring access to the resources they need to thrive.
