About Denton Treatment Services – Denton
Denton Treatment Services is one of many opioid treatment centers served by Maric Health’s Texas Treatment Services, LLC. This location is on Londonderry Lane in Denton, Texas. The center treats people with opioid use and co-occurring mental health disorders. They use medication assisted treatment (MAT) and behavioral therapies. They offer self pay rates and accept commercial insurance, Medicare, some Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicaid. This is a CARF-accredited program.
You’ll begin this program with an assessment so staff can develop an individualized treatment plan. The team bases your treatment on many factors including how long you’ve been using, what you’ve been using, and the severity of your use. You’ll have a chance to ask any questions and they’ll give you a detailed understanding of the treatment process. Be sure to leave several hours for your initial assessment.
MAT treatment with Suboxone helps to alleviate withdrawal symptoms while preventing the misuse of opioids. This gradual detox lays the groundwork for healing and long term sobriety. Methadone is an evidence based opioid alternative that’s safe and, like Suboxone, allows you to get on with your daily activities. You’ll receive your medications in the clinic under medical supervision.
This MAT program specializes in medication treatments in tandem with therapy to address the root issues of your substance use. You’ll address your unique mental health challenges in individual therapy sessions. Coupled with individual therapy is group therapy. Group therapy offers a sense of community and allows you and others to heal together in a supportive environment.
It’s important to stay in the program long enough to realize the full benefits. If you opt for methadone maintenance, the minimum suggested length of treatment is 12 months. Treatment duration varies by individual but evidence suggests that at least a 90-day program is necessary for rehabilitation. This program also provides aftercare support so you can continue to maintain your sober journey.
