There’s a free onsite laundry, outdoor courtyard and a welcoming common area. Residents enjoy three nutritious meals daily plus round-the-clock staff support. Halstead Square is located at West Main Street in the Susan B. Anthony neighborhood just west of downtown Rochester within Monroe County, New York.
RTS Bus Route 4 stops near the facility and provides service to downtown. Halstead Square’s rent is determined by the CCII rates for that year. Residents may cover their rent through federal/state benefits or wages. Your family can also assume financial responsibility.
Halstead Square sets residents on a path to lasting healing via various personalized counseling and guidance from the staff to build coping skills. Participation in daily living skills training prepares you for independent living, from managing finances to maintaining a routine. Services also include crisis and medication management to ensure you stay stable during difficult times.
Residents are connected to medical and dental care alongside health education services. The program even integrates social and recreational activities. This can help you relax, build connections, and find joy in your healing journey. They also offer vocational and educational support so you can pursue your goals as you transition back into the community.
