About Destinations – Ventura
Destinations offers intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program services for teen ages 13-17 years old who are dealing with substance abuse and/or mental health issues. The program includes individual therapy, group therapy, family support, life skills training and more. Destinations is located at Ventura, California.
Destinations is dedicated to provide individualized teen (13-17) who have been affected by addiction and mental health issues. They take a holistic approach focusing on the mind, body and spirit to address the whole person in order to achieve long-term sobriety.
Additionally to the treatment, the teens will receive 3 hours of educational classwork, five days per week.
After completing the treatment, the center will work with the teen’s school in order to ensure a successful transition back into the school.
