Situated in Tallahassee, Florida, the DISC Village’s Juvenile Outpatient Center provides outpatient alcohol and drug rehab services for youth 10 to 18 years old. They diagnose and treat individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
The DISC Village outpatient services include one-on-one counseling that covers harm reduction plans to support the development of healthy lifestyle choices and family counseling to reestablish relationships and communication. A case manager is assigned to monitor, track progress, and provide access to additional help or resources. Drug screening is available.
The youth outpatient program uses evidence-based techniques and strategies to resolve underlying issues that lead to substance misuse. Recovery is approached holistically, to build each client’s self-esteem, resilience, and self-sufficiency.
