I didn’t realize how holistic they got at this center until I noticed the treatment options at their drug rehab program. You’ll find yoga, taichi, and acupressure sessions readily available. While attending these sessions, you’ll also be learning 12 Step practices to apply to your daily life. Their residential program lasts between 30 and 90 days. The treatment included here combines process groups, psychoeducation, and experiential therapy to help you recover the right way.

Their other therapies include individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy, group therapy, PTSD & trauma informed therapy, and somatic experience therapy. Plenty to keep you busy while you seek sobriety and a happy, healthier you.
