After detox, you’ll transition into an inpatient program. They have 347 beds that are available for short or long stays up to 90 days. In both cases, you’ll live at the hospital so you can be cared for around the clock. Services offered include motivational enhancement therapy for individuals, groups, and families, enrollment in 12 Step programs, and learning new skills. You’ll also get holistic wellness options like art and recreational therapy. If you’re interested in going back to school, you can get prep work to take the G.E.D. exam.
Amenities include gym membership, music lessons, and outdoors therapy in 40 acres of woods. You can take nature walks and, if you’re lucky, may even catch sight of friendly animals, including the eagles that the center is named after.
You’ll also get access to a computer lab to aid in aftercare planning. You can connect with social services and find local recovery groups and resources. They’ll hand out referrals to outside facilities if care such as sober housing is still needed.
