Integrea Community Mental Health serves four counties in Alabama. This includes Chambers, Lee, Russell and Tallapoosa. This facility at Lambert Avenues in Opelika is the Lee County administrative office from where you can access the various services available in Lee County. This includes substance use recovery at Center Hill Drive within the same Opelika, just 1.5 miles from the administrative office.
The administrative offices also double as the adult service center with services including outpatient therapy, medication assessment and management and case management. This can particularly benefit those with co-occurring disorders.
Integrea offers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adults with substance use issues. This program guides patients towards a lasting healing journey and promotes substance free lifestyle. Certain specialized programs are available for women as well. Outpatient services here begin with a psychosocial assessment to help the care team determine the appropriate level of care based on your unique needs. Intensive outpatient care is typically provided for patients with moderate substance use issues seeking relatively structured and intensive treatment support. Standard outpatient care is suitable for people with mild addictive behavior.

Following the assessment, you’ll attend group and individual therapy alongside psychoeducational sessions. This provides you with deeper insight into the disease of addiction, stages of recovery and relapse warning signs.
You’ll also learn the effects of substance abuse on families, communication and anger management skills and other practical coping skills that prevent relapse. Family involvement and participation are encouraged to create positive family dynamics and strengthen your copy system.
