East Bay Center provides a variety of physical, mental and behavioral health treatments in several locations in Rhode Island. The Adams Farley Counseling Center is one of their facilities in East Providence. Here, you can access outpatient services for your family including individual, group or family counseling, evaluation and medication support for substance use disorders and addiction. They also have an opioid addiction program that uses Suboxone for medication assisted treatment to reduce your cravings and prevent relapse.
Suboxone helps to reduce opioid cravings which in turn reduces the potential for relapse. Suboxone combines buprenorphine and naloxone and when taken as prescribed can also inactivate and block can also inactivate and block the effects of opioids, precipitating withdrawal symptoms and discouraging misuse. Medication is not the only answer to recovery so you’ll receive outpatient counseling along with your Suboxone treatment. They provide services to adults, children, families and seniors for substance use disorder and addiction treatment. They offer services for mild to moderate mental health or substance use disorders and accept referrals and call ins that are funneled through an ACCESS and intake process where you are screened to determine the level of care that’s needed based on the severity of your symptoms.
Counseling and psychiatric care is offered in the office. They work with major insurance companies including Medicare, and Medicaid. If you’re uninsured or underinsured, they offer sliding scale fees when you qualify
