This facility offers outpatient addiction treatment and sober living residences for adults.
East House’s outpatient services address the physical, spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and occupational needs of each individual. They provide individual and one-on-one counseling, peer mentoring, warm-line support, career counseling, vocational training, yoga, meditation classes, and financial case management. Residents can receive independent skills training, daily medication management, and diet and nutrition training.
East House offers temporary housing, permanent supportive housing, community residences, and crisis housing. The six community residences offer 24-hour staff, community activities, medication management, and future planning for residents. The Affinity Place short-term respite is a safe place to recover from a mental health crisis. This is a no-fee short-term bed and breakfast style housing option.
