The goal of the program is to give individuals enough structure to allow them to heal while empowering them to learn new techniques and coping strategies that will support them in their ongoing recovery.
The intensive outpatient program meets three days a week for three hours at a time. Individuals engage in mental health therapy, outpatient support groups, process groups, case management services, referral services, and psychoeducational classes on a wide variety of topics.
The aftercare program is designed to support individuals who have completed their treatment at El Camino Hospital Grant Road. The program assists individuals in maintaining their mental well-being and recovery through ongoing support through self-help groups or a mental health counselor.
