Ebony House’s Elba House is located in Phoenix, Arizona. They serve women of all backgrounds who need support for a behavioral health struggle or a drug, alcohol, or substance use disorder. There’s special assistance for pregnant women and new mothers. You’ll be supported through outpatient care, residential treatment, and educational support.
