About Elevations Health – Wellington
Elevations Health in Wellington, Florida, is now closed but they used to offer adult addiction recovery services, including a dedicated alcohol rehab and a specialized drug rehab. The center believed in holistic treatment and was a CARF-accredited facility. All services were offered in healing environments with therapies for physical and psychological dependencies.
This center had designed its programs to increase a person’s level of independence, which in turn helped with addiction recovery. A qualified team of healthcare professionals worked with a patient to offer a custom treatment plan that was tailored to a unique drug or alcohol addiction history, mental health, and personal goals.
To help patients move closer to independent living, the center offered 100% complimentary one-on-one phone consultations to verify insurance.
Continuing with the theme of helping individuals achieve independence, the center provided different detox and residential treatment options. 24/7 monitoring, recovery treatment, physician evaluations, management, and daily wellness activities were provided.
What’s unique is that this treatment was offered in a tiered base from levels one to three. During level one, patients received intensive therapy combined with structured independence and monitored housing. When dropped into level two, individuals had less intensive treatment but were required to have group therapy with peers daily. This level also combined structured independence with monitored housing.
Then, during level three, patients still received therapy but were helped by staff to re-enter the workforce or return to school. They also had to pay rent and continue to see a therapist to prevent relapse.
At Elevations Health, whether a patient enrolled in the men’s or women’s only detox and residential rehab program, they had access to non-denominational Christian services. These services were made available on-site to help clients with their spiritual and religious faith, which in turn helped with recovery and fostering independence. The center also took it a step further by providing transportation services to faith-based institutions like chapels and churches.
