Elizabeth Layton Center Outpatient is a mental health and substance use disorder counseling facility in Ottawa, Kansas. You’ll be seen on an appointment basis in a spacious center in a quiet part of town. You’ll get solo appointments with a counselor. They become your supportive community as you hold each other accountable, celebrate the wins and encourage each other in low moments. Groups are often drawn together around common themes such as parenting, specific gender or those who’ve experienced trauma.
