About Empact Suicide Prevention Center – Phoenix, Arizona
La Frontera’s Empact Suicide Prevention Center, in Phoenix, Arizona, offers addiction treatment for adults, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient (OP) treatment, case management, medication services, and aftercare. The center also provides mental health and crisis intervention programs for families, adolescents, military members and veterans, and victims of assault.
Residential addiction treatment is available to adults 21 and older. The program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention services, life skills training, and recreational activities.
Their intensive outpatient (IOPs) and general outpatient (OP) programs enable a complete continuum of care through on going, trauma informed counseling, recovery education, and ancillary therapies. Empact uses evidence based practices such as EMDR to support participants and help them overcome depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and loss. The center also offers life skills training, academic and vocational support, wellness education, and step down support.
Recovery support groups are available for those who are looking for ongoing support and encouragement.
