About Endeavor Health Services – Rochester
Near the university of Rochester and close to the heart of downtown Rochester, New York, is Endeavor Health Services. Serving the western New York area since 1972 this facility has expanded to include both adults and children in their substance abuse programs. Their mission statement demonstrates a high collaboration with patients, family and communities to help in the recovery process with treatment, education and support.
Endeavor is one of only 13 CCBHCs throughout the state of New York. This means they adhere to strict federal quality standards for their mental health and substance abuse services. They must also offer certain programs like care coordination, 24/7 crisis services, outpatient mental health and primary care screening.
This facility also offers a few unique programs not offered by similar clinics, including forensic services which offer treatment to patients that are involved in the legal system. They also provide domestic violence programs that are dedicated to patients who have been affected by violence both mentally and physically. Their additional anger management program focuses on managing your anger which is a common problem that can affect both mental health and personal relationships.
