This center in Everett, Washington, welcomes women who need both rehab and mental health care. They don’t provide medical detox, but they offer support for women stabilized on medication assisted treatment (MAT). This can include transportation to a local methadone program.

They serve members of all Medicaid Apple Health plans and accept most commercial insurance. An admissions specialist will help with insurance authorization. If you don’t have insurance they’ll help you apply for Medicaid. They also offer payment arrangements and sliding scale fees.

What’s unique about getting help here is that in addition to treatment for substance abuse you’ll receive comprehensive prenatal care. After giving birth at a local hospital you’ll return to treatment with your baby. This means both you and your baby can thrive during recovery.

The program uses proven treatments like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support every step of your recovery. DBT teaches helpful skills for handling tough emotions, managing stress and improving relationships in a more balanced way. During treatment you’ll spend time in individual and group therapy sessions. You’ll even attend 12 Step meetings on site.

There’s no need to worry about childcare. While you’re in treatment during the day your kids will be cared for in the licensed, therapeutic childcare facility. There’s an infant room for babies up to one year old and multi age classrooms for children ages one to five. Children up to age five participate in the infant mental health program. The program uses dyadic parent child therapy where a specialist works with both mother and child together to build a strong, healthy bond.
