Their outpatient programs vary, depending on your needs. The most extensive is a day program, which requires three hours per day for three days a week for 12 weeks. Here, you’ll meet with psychologists on an individual basis to learn new life skills and find ways to cope without resorting to substance abuse. Transcranial stimulation is also available, if you aren’t very responsive to meds or counseling.

Other outpatient programs give you more flexibility and freedom to schedule your sessions. There are options for family conferencing, group therapy, and adolescent programs for children aged 13 and older.

M Health can also coordinate your care with other departments to manage any chronic pain. You can access physical therapy and nutritional classes to improve your health along with your behavioral needs.
