Services at this particular location are offered on an integrated outpatient basis and specialize in supporting individuals’ emotional, personal, and addiction-related issues. This unique approach is ideal for addressing individuals who may have dual diagnosis conditions. The team integrates care and helps clients access support for all their conditions in the same place with the same treatment providers for ease and convenience.
Here, clients can access prevention services, youth assistance and mentoring programs as well as an LGBT resource center.
Addiction treatment here involves assessments and screenings for concurrent mental health issues. After this, clients may engage in individual and group counseling, peer support services, harm reduction sessions and mobile outreach. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and medication management services are also available to those who need them. Telehealth options are also available to individuals who may not be able to attend regular in-person appointments.
This center also collaborates with other community agencies to promote naloxone training and distribution. Once trained, the center can provide clients with a Narcan kit free of charge along with other harm reduction supplies and replacement kits as needed.
