The program collaborates with outside professionals and provides around the clock crisis management as well.
One of their other programs is an intensive in home counseling service, which is for individuals from ages 4 through 21. They can help with behavioral issues and anger management issues and teach how to better manage your emotions and stress. They can also help with academics, communication and adaptive functioning. Clients covered by Medicaid can get three to 10 hours of in home counseling per week depending on their needs, for up to 26 weeks per year.
They also offer relapse prevention services to make sure you stay on the right path, including aftercare support and connections to the social services people need to secure food, housing, employment, and other basic necessities.
