Often, people facing substance abuse face concurrent struggles, such as physical health issues, housing and financial insecurity and unemployment. Every client at Family Pride of Northeast Ohio gets assigned a case manager who designs an individualized treatment plan.

Related, their Geauga County Reentry Program, a partnership with the Geauga County Safety Center, is designed to help folks transition from jail or prison back into the community. Case workers connect clients with a myriad of services including alcohol and drug rehab, parenting classes, employment and education resources and life skills training.
This work is really important since people tend to reenter the criminal justice system if they struggle to meet their basic needs while living on the outside. It demonstrates how Family Pride of Northeast Ohio really believes in people and treats everyone with dignity, compassion and respect.
