About FCC Behavioral Health – Stoddard County – Dexter
FCC Behavioral Health has a site located in Kennett, Missouri. It’s a clinic that focuses on supporting those in search of mental health support and overcoming substance use. FCC Behavioral Health supports teens and adults looking to turn their lives around and overcome their struggles. Personally, I appreciate how flexible FCC is. Not only do they offer outpatient programs and intensive residential treatment programs, but they also offer group therapy, home healthcare and crisis services.
I think one of my favorite things that FCC offers is a texting service to schedule appointments and search for care, especially for those who are looking to keep their treatment-seeking more private. Besides the flexibility that FCC offers, I think the level of care FCC offers for those who are truly at rock bottom can assist them.
Currently, FCC offers a sliding fee scale and refuses to deny services for anyone who doesn’t have any insurance or proper insurance coverage to pay for all of the help they seek at the FCC.
And even if children are what are holding you back from receiving the care you desire, FCC has another location that provides services to moms who don’t want to leave their children while receiving mental health support.
While I’ve seen a lot of substance abuse rehabs focus on long-term recovery, it can be very effective when you see a center place an emphasis on long-term recovery skills and coping skills for those who struggle with mental illness. I also really appreciate FCC’s holistic approach to treating mental illness. You could get a sense of warmth and community as a portion of what FCC offers, by their emphasis on group therapy.
