The IOP meets between nine and 15 hours per week. Services may include individual and group counseling, addiction education, peer support, case and medication management, life-skills training, and relapse prevention. Approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI) and other evidence-based methods.
Additional services available at Fellow Health Resources include a drop-in center, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), referrals to community resources and social services, and an art therapy studio.
