Focus 12 Halfway House is a sober living home for men in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. You might also see it written as Focus XII Halfway House.

This halfway house is for men who have finished addiction treatment or have just been released from jail or prison. It’s a transitional place for you to live as you start to build an independent and sober life. Most men live here for about 90 days.

The main goal of this halfway house or sober living house is to give you a structured environment. You’ll be able to do most everything you could at a home of your own like work, go to school, and socialize, but with accountability.

Unlike some sober living homes, Focus XII Halfway House has staff at the house 24/7 so help is always there when you need it. You’ll also have some treatment like therapy and peer support groups. Plus, there are education programs to teach you about mental health, addiction, relapse prevention, life skills, and emotion management.

Living at this halfway house, you’ll use what you’ve learned in rehab and collect new skills that you’ll use as you create your new sober life. The staff can also help link you up with community services that will help, so you’ll have all the tools you need.

12-Step

12 step programs such as Alcoholics or Narcotics Anonymous are support group style programs for individuals who are experiencing alcohol or substance use disorder. Aftercare Support
