For All Seasons offers high quality mental health and victim services in Chestertown, Maryland. They serve children, adults and families across the Eastern Shore. They provide therapy, psychiatry and victim advocacy using trauma certified teams to deliver over 50,000 critical services each year. They are certified by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and designated a Four Star Charity by Charity Navigator.

Among their services are substance use disorder treatment that uses evidence based therapies. These services can include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, neurofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapies, trauma play, motivational interviewing and holistic treatment like certified art therapy.

Together, the therapists can offer a wide range of expertise to address mental health conditions and substance use disorders. They treat dual diagnosis, which is the co-occurring conditions of substance use disorder and a mental health condition.

Mental health conditions might include depression, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues or anxiety. They also address mental health conditions that are more commonly found in children, such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and developmental disorders.

If you experience a substance use disorder and have a chronic physical condition that affects your mental or emotional health, they also have therapists who can help. Because these conditions interact and exacerbate each other, it requires integrated and simultaneous treatment to improve successful treatment.

Alongside therapists, you may also have access to psychiatric services, including psychiatric nurse practitioners. You can also get started with your program using telehealth services, which is open five days a week for virtual appointments. The initial evaluation can determine if you can continue with telehealth or require in person treatment.
