About Foundations Behavioral Health Services – Celina
Foundations Behavioral Health Services provides mental health and substance abuse services for kids, teens and adults in Celina, Ohio. They specialize in outpatient counseling delivered in a variety of settings to meet your needs.
Something I like about this program is that they’ll meet you anywhere to make sure you can get the help you need. While you’re welcome to come into their office for your counseling session, they’ll also travel to your home, school or another community location. At your first visit, they’ll conduct a diagnostic assessment to learn more about your condition, evaluate your needs and help you set goals for recovery.
In your treatment, you’ll learn how to lean on your natural support system and leverage community based resources to overcome your challenges. In addition to individual, group and family counseling, they also offer medication assisted treatment, case management, peer recovery groups and psychiatric treatment for co-occurring disorders.
While several former clients are satisfied with the care they’ve received here, others have had a difficult time communicating with the team.
