About Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital – Menomonee Falls
The Community Recovery Center is located inside Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. They offer an intensive outpatient program for anyone dealing with a chemical dependency. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. A financial assistance program is also offered.
The intensive outpatient program consists of five weeks. Individual and group therapy are available. Educational services are also offered. You meet for treatment three times per week. They have specific dates and times for therapy.
Once you are done with the outpatient program, you will move on to the aftercare program. This program will also consist of individual and group therapy. You would attend once a week at the specific date and time they have set up.
When you complete those programs, you will have access to support for long term recovery. Several groups meet at the facility that you can attend. You will also receive help in finding therapists that specialize in substance abuse issues and behavioral health.
