The PHP provides intensive substance abuse services to individuals with mental illness or co-occurring disorders with other complex needs. Treatment consists of coping-skill building, life skills, vocational training, psychoeducation, group and family therapy, medication management, relapse prevention, and community integration.
Intensive case management is designed for individuals who have severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The goal of this program is to prevent homelessness, incarceration, and hospitalization. Treatment consists of therapy, case management, wraparound services, mental health support, medication management, and jail diversion assistance.
Fairfax Falls may work with your insurance plan to cover some or all of your mental health and drug rehab treatment. Providers that may offer coverage include major carriers such as Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Beacon, and Wellmark.
