About Gaudenzia Erie Outpatient – Erie
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is day treatment on an intensive schedule. IOP programs usually meet more often than regular outpatient programs, have longer sessions, or both. Unlike an inpatient program, outpatient care doesn’t require a long-term hospital stay. Services offered include individual and group counseling and assessments.
This day treatment is a low level of care designed for clients with mild symptoms or who have previously completed a higher level of treatment. Outpatient programs allow clients to receive treatment without requiring a long-term hospital stay and can accommodate busy schedules.
Co-occurring treatment is designed to help clients living with both addiction and a behavioral health diagnosis.
Gaudenzia doesn’t list its accepted insurance plans, though treatment programs commonly work with major insurance plans (like BlueCross BlueShield, Ambetter, Humana, TRICARE, and Ant). Clients should confirm coverage with their carrier, as out of network benefits may vary.
