Their residential program provides a safe structured living environment to step away from distractions and focus solely on recovery. Many spend between seven to eight weeks in treatment, learning more about addiction, recovery, and effective coping skills. You can access proven therapeutic interventions, including group and individual counseling, as well as workshops, group events and family visits.
What strikes me most is their specialized services for pregnant and postpartum women and mothers with young children. You can access targeted care, including parenting classes, family education and counseling to meet your unique needs. And one of the best parts is, babies and children aged five and younger can live on campus during treatment. That way, you don’t have to step away from your kids while getting the help you need.
Another great feature I noticed was their emphasis on removing treatment barriers. They understand that recovery can come with many hurdles. You can access family support, childcare, financial assistance and transportation to ensure nothing stands in the way of recovery.
I also think their vocational services are fabulous. You’ll benefit from vocational skills training and employment assistance programs. I found their Career Connections program to be a unique aspect. This track offers career assessments, job placement, and coaching for adults, youth and people with disabilities. You’ll benefit from guidance and support to start a new career that can help you become stable financially and in recovery.
