Hartford HealthCare Rushford has several locations, one of which is in Middletown, Connecticut. They offer residential and outpatient treatment for teens 12 to 18 years and adults 18 years and older. The center accepts government plans such as Medicare and managed Medicaid plans. They also partner with many insurance companies.
You can have medication assisted treatment through their MATCH program. The program helps by accommodating your school or work schedule. There’s also an inpatient treatment program for teens that includes the Rushford Academy Day School. This way you can get state approved education while receiving treatment for substance use and mental health issues.
