Bluegrass – Hope Center Clinic is a drug and alcohol rehab located in Lexington, Kentucky. They provide residential addiction treatment, outpatient addiction treatment, and sober living.

Residential Addiction Treatment
The men’s inpatient program provides a long-term recovery approach that is professionally run and peer-driven. This community atmosphere focuses on personal responsibility and mutual accountability. The 110-bed facility offers 12-Step meetings and the Recovery Dynamics curriculum. The women’s inpatient program features a supportive, safe environment for achieving sobriety. Treatment addresses gender-specific issues and provides access to a health clinic.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The IOP provides group counseling and educational 12-Step support groups for men and women. These sessions are offered during flexible hours between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. Housing for men attending the IOP is available.
Homelessness Support
An emergency shelter is available for individuals experiencing homelessness. No one who needs assistance is turned away. Shelter residents have access to beds, food, medical care through Hyde Hope Health Clinic, and they help volunteer in the cafeteria.
