The Willows Inpatient Rehabilitation is located in Syracuse, New York, and is a part of the Helio Health network. Many commercial insurances are accepted as well as New York Medicaid and Medicare. A sliding scale fee payment plan is offered for those without health insurance coverage. No one is turned away for an inability to pay.
