About His Mansion Ministries – Deering
His Mansion Ministries is a faith-based residential program on 300 acres of farmland in Hillsborough, New Hampshire. Women and men aged 18 to 40 can participate in addiction and mental health treatment. They do not accept court-mandated clients but can work with volunteers on probation or parole.
With Christ-centered treatment, you’ll have a space to incorporate your beliefs into care. Their program lasts one year and blends biblical Christian counseling, part-time farm work, and peer support. They believe the hope of Jesus Christ restores lives. You’ll build a solid relationship with Christ and others while learning new coping and life skills.
I love that this program helps clients connect with a higher power. For many, looking to a higher power for recovery support can be beneficial. They provide a supportive space to focus on worship and fellowship with a Sunday church service, recreation, family-style meals, and more.
Another wonderful feature is outdoor work. You can heal while connecting with other spiritual aspects of life, like animals and nature. Working also helps you contribute to your treatment community while developing vital skills. You’ll benefit from holistic treatment to help you achieve your recovery goals.
