Mental Health Assessment & Counseling
Clinicians use assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, determine the severity of their mental health and addiction, and create an individualized treatment plan. Individual care plans may include counseling and other skill development to help achieve and sustain long-term recovery.
Counseling
Depending on the program, participants may access individual, group, and family counseling. Sessions may use cognitive behavioral therapy or other evidence-based interventions to help prevent relapse.
Outpatient Programs
Outpatient programs are for individuals that would benefit from addiction treatment but do not require 24-hour medical care. Program activities include individual and group therapy, educational groups to enhance coping skills, relapse prevention, and recovery support. Standard outpatient programs are held during the day and in the evenings. Participants in the intensive outpatient program (IOP) attend sessions several days per week.
Skill Development
Program participants may access a range of skill development workshops to support their recovery. Topics include coping skills, stress management, mindfulness, relapse prevention, nutritional education, and financial management.
