Holy Name Hospital — Holy Name Pavillion is a mental health rehabilitation facility in Teaneck, New Jersey, north of Teaneck Creek Conservatory. The facility is a 23 bed voluntary unit with intensive behavioral health treatment and support services. They serve adult and senior clients.
