Holyoake Outpatient Services, also called River Valley Counseling Center, is in Holyoke, Massachusetts. It’s a multi-service nonprofit mental health agency. They provide services for kids, teens, and adults, with special attention given to Spanish-speaking clients, LGBTQI+ individuals, and African American clients.

Since 1953, this center has been a place of care and support for the people of Pioneer Valley. They do this by partnering with local specialists and physicians to provide an integrated approach to addiction treatment.
