HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc. Is located in Hilo, Hawaii. Programs are available daily from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. While these emergency shelters are designed for temporary support, Hope Services can connect you to permanent housing if that’s what you’re looking for as well.
Often, homeless individuals who are struggling with substance use may face health issues that need clinical care. There is an outreach team that goes into the community to provide free medical care including infection control, bandaging cuts and administering hygiene products.
There’s a community based case management program here that can connect you to programs within the community to address your mental health or substance abuse addictions. This can include detox, residential and outpatient care.
There’s also targeted care through their Community Integrated Services which help support you through a holistic program that reflects your recovery goals and recovery needs. Whether you’re working through substance use addiction alone or have a family that’s been impacted by the behavioral health struggles you’re facing, Family Case Management Services help provide you and your loved ones with support and treatment through community programs that can serve you.
