You’ll also enroll in 12 Step programs and do yoga, meditation, and exercise. Detox lasts 7 to 10 days.
After detox, next is the Hope Valley Recovery facility for the first phase of treatment. It’s here where you’ll receive individual, group, and family therapy, health and nutrition education, and more medication management. You’ll be encouraged to socialize with others and develop support networks during your stay. The facilities have a comfortable atmosphere with modern amenities to help you focus on your recovery journey and minimize distractions. The inpatient program lasts up to 45 days.
After the inpatient program, you’ll transition into an outpatient program, depending on how much progress you’ve made. The most intensive one is partial hospitalization, which adds 45 days of day programs without overnight stays. You’ll continue treatment, including building life skills and address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders.
The intensive outpatient program includes peer support programs, career coaching, and developing health daily routines. This program can last up to 120 days.
The general outpatient program gives the most flexibility and independence. This program lasts up to 180 days.
After completing the outpatient programs, clients move into the transitional living phase. You move into off site housing and continue receiving monitoring and therapeutic services. Transitional living allows you to continue practicing the skills learned during treatment in a safe environment. Additionally, you’ll receive help with job placement and training, college placement, and tutoring. You’ll get volunteer opportunities in local communities as a first step to reconnect with neighbors.
Alumni can also find assistance in finding other transitional housing upon completion of the program.
