Hopi Health Care Center

Hopi Health Care Center is a tribal community service that provides an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Branch to people with substance use disorder and alcohol use disorder. It is headquartered in Polacca, Arizona. They also help people who have both a mental health condition and addiction problems at the same time. They take Medicare and Medicaid. The goal of this center is to provide medical care and address the prevalence of substance use in the Native American community. They provide outpatient care at this center and over half of the services they offer are operated by people in the tribal community.
