About Horizon Health and Wellness – Globe

Horizon Health and Wellness is a drug and alcohol rehab in Globe, Arizona. They provide residential addiction treatment and outpatient addiction treatment. Programs include a 30-day residential addiction treatment program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

The IOP meets three times per week for three hours and can accommodate individuals who may be court-ordered to attend treatment. The program consists of 48 sessions and is based on the Living in Balance curriculum (Moving from a Life of Addiction to a Life of Recovery). Suboxone is used for individuals needing to detox and as a tool for long-term recovery for people addicted to opioids.

The 30-day residential treatment program provides substance abuse treatment for adults aged 18 and older. Treatment consists of group and individual therapy, 12-Step meetings, and cooking classes. Participants work on identifying triggers, learning coping skills, developing a sober support system, medication management, home management, and budgeting skills.
