Hertel Elmwood Recovery Center, operated by Horizon Health, is an outpatient behavioral health facility in Buffalo, New York. Hertel Elmwood Recovery Center has a psychiatry and addiction medicine department ready to assist you with your recovery. You’ll work with a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, addiction medicine providers and psychiatrists to determine if medication is the right treatment option. If it’s deemed medically appropriate, you’ll be prescribed psychiatric or addiction medication prescriptions as a part of your treatment.
