About Horizon Wellness Center – Court Street – Lynchburg
The Horizon Wellness Center on Court Street was located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Unfortunately, the Court Street location has since closed down. However, there are many other locations throughout Lynchburg which offer the same services.
The Horizon Wellness Center was a treatment center that supported individuals who were struggling with a drug, alcohol, or substance use disorder. To help ensure you’d get the care you needed, their medication assisted treatment services were followed up by counseling and case management services. You could also get referred to different programs within the community that could help you continue through recovery.
This typically happened if you needed more robust services like intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization care.
The Horizon Wellness Center also offered psychiatric services to help address other health issues that might be at play. For example, their psychiatry services included psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and this support extended to both children and adults.
